A complete hose connection system: 1,454 items — ferrules, sockets, fittings, tube nuts, ORFS connections, spiral guard and fire sleeve.
In our stock HansaFlex covers the system at the end of the hose line: the sockets and ferrules that fit over the hose end, the fittings that make the connection after crimping, tube nuts, ORFS connection components, and the spiral guard and fire sleeve that protect the hose from the outside.
Sockets come in two groups, skive and non-skive, and are selected by hose class: 1SN for single-braid, 2SN and 2SC for double-braid hoses. Both the hose class and the DN size must be given when ordering (2SN 1/2 DN12, for example) — if the two do not match, the crimp will not hold.
Hose crimping is done on our own premises; made-up hoses in standard sizes are usually delivered the same day.
